Join our Minocqua ski trip for some fantastic skiing at Minocqua Winter Park and Nine Mile Forest from Friday, February 11 thru Sunday, February 13.

The bus leaves Friday morning at 8 am. We will be stopping on the way up to ski at Nine Mile Forest near Wausau. Nine Mile Forest, which is the home of the Badger State Winter Games, has about 30 km of trails groomed for striding and skating and suitable for all abilities, and 11 km of snowshoe trails. There is a nice chalet with ski rentals.

We will ski at Minocqua Winter Park on Saturday and Sunday . Minocqua Winter Park has 86 km of beautifully groomed trails for striding and skating, including both flat and hilly terrain for all skiing abilities as well as 16 km of snowshoe trails. It has a large ski lodge with a café that serves a variety of excellent food, beer, and homemade soups, and has a well-stocked ski shop where ski and snowshoe rentals are available.

Cost Includes: Motor coach transportation, trail fees, and two nights accommodations at the Best Western Plus Concord Inn with swimming pool, whirlpool, free continental breakfast, bar/lounge, and microwave and refrigerator in each room. Restaurants are within walking distance. An optional group dinner will be offered.

You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 in order to participate on this trip.

PLEASE NOTE: Un-booked rooms have been released. Please call the trip leader if you still want to go on the trip before signing up. The trip leader can contact the hotel and see if any rooms are available and/or put you on a waiting list in case someone needs to drop out from the trip. There is no guarantee additional rooms are available.
