Join fellow Nordics for a hike thru Potter's Forest in Whitnall Park on Saturday, October 31.
Nordics can meet in front of Boerner Botanical Gardens main building at 2 pm sharp. The parking lot is right there. We will head into Potter's Forest, a fairly flat section of woods and its maze of trails. We may also hike thru Boerner Botanical Gardens and other trails at Whitnall Park.
Potter's Forest is Milwaukee Rec Department's primary site for their high ropes course. The course is located on 50.55 acres of land south of Milwaukee, in Hales Corners Wisconsin, and has been designated as a school without walls by the Milwaukee School Board. The site serves thousands of students and staff members each year.
Check out the Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens website. Please wear a mask on the hike.
